The last element is making a campaign. The same rule that applied to missions also applies to campaigns in SWGB or SWGB: Clone Campaigns. Campaign files created in regular SWGB work for Clone Campaigns as well, the opposite is NOT true. Missions created in regular SWGB have a .cpx ending, which is readable by both, while missions from SWGB: Clone Campaigns have .cp1 endings, which are not readable by the original SWGB.
After saving your mission(s), return to the main menu and select Scenario Editor again, then select Campaign Editor.
- Campaign Filename sets a filename for your campaign. Once you create this for a battle, save all that battle’s missions in this filename.
- Scenarios lists all the scenarios available to include in your campaign. Hit add to add the missions, remove to remove them. Up and down move the position in the order. Save the campaign after adding missions!
The final part of making your battle is to create a readme.txt file and submit it to the Tactical Office. The format for the readme file is shown below. The battle submission form is located at http://www.isdcolossus.com/tacdb/beta/batsubmit.asp.
